Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include clear photos or videos showing the issue, along with your order number.
After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items

Items damaged by misuse
Items without original packaging
Items returned without contacting us first
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order has not been processed or shipped yet, we will do our best to cancel it.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after receiving the item.
